Our policy

1. A deposit is required for special orders or if the extension must be altered before your appointment, please reply to your confirmation messages. If no response is received, your appointment time may be given to someone else. Please do not try to negotiate or bargain prices. Prices are mostly non-negotiable and are as reasonable as possible. If you notice any issues with your application, you must contact us as soon as possible.

2. Depending on hair type, it is considered normal to lose 10% of keratin bonds within the first month. This is not an application fault. I recommend you keep any fallen-out strands so that they can rebound at your next appointment. If you lose more than 10%, please contact me as soon as possible.

3. No-shows and cancellations: Things happen sometimes, and you may need to cancel or reschedule! Please be mindful and send a courtesy message to my inbox so I’m aware. No-shows with no contact prior to appointment time will require a deposit before rebooking.

4. If you have paid a deposit prior to your appointment and you do not attend deposit will be forfeited.

5. Prices may be subject to change depending on what you are trying to achieve. You will always be quoted before any services; this avoids misunderstanding or hidden costs.
